Certification Specialist
Kiss Gaming is on the search for a new player to join their team as a Certification Specialist. This role will manage the certification process from start to finish, including conducting licensing and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations. The specialist will also prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports, respond to inquiries from authorities, and stay updated on changes in regulatory frameworks and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations. Collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and other internal teams is key to align compliance requirements with the product roadmap. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code will also be carried out.
- Manage the certification process from 0 to the final official document.
- Conduct licensing and compliance procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory frameworks and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations.
- Partner closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and relevant internal teams to align compliance requirements with the product roadmap.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (required).
- Proven track record of certifying games specifically from the gaming provider side in regulated jurisdictions (required).
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations (required).
- Proficiency in Armenian and English is required (required).
- Russian proficiency is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess complex compliance issues (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities (required).
