CRM Strategy and Performance Specialist / VBET

Description

Develop and implement strategic CRM approaches to enhance customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. Analyze promotional reports: GGR, NGR, Promo Response Rate, Bonus Response Rate, Reactivation Rate, Turnover indicators, Response Rate, Conversion Rate, Activation Rate, Deposit Activation Rate and develop new tactical steps and approaches aimed at improving them. Implement predictive and analytical planning, taking into account the effectiveness of launched promotions. Oversee departmental operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, policies, and deadlines. Oversee the conscientious execution and efficiency of tasks completed by teammates. Foster continuous learning by staying informed about industry trends, innovative strategies, and the impact of work tools and processes on the organization. Support and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge to drive team development and improvement. Provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth. Develop and conduct training sessions on work processes, policies, and technical tools. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk Management, Customer Support, etc.) to develop and implement marketing and CRM strategies. Oversee CRM campaign automation to ensure a seamless customer journey, optimizing goal-based campaigns through personalized communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications). Design and implement long-term flows. Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine CRM strategies and improve key metrics. Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to enhance work efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Propose and implement technical solutions to improve performance, automate processes, and enhance CRM tools with new features. Participate in the recruitment process, including identifying departmental vacancies, assessing hiring needs, screening CVs, and participating in interviews. Ensure clear work distribution among team members, balancing workload and skill sets for optimal performance.

Requirements
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for working with spreadsheets, data searching, and sorting. (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Drive for efficient document management and collaboration. (required)
  • Excellent understanding of iGaming, sports betting, and casino operations. (required)
  • English proficiency at B2 level; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an advantage. (required)
  • Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data from promotional campaigns. (required)
  • Experience using Metabase for data collection, extraction, and performance analysis of launched promotions. (required)
  • Advanced mathematical knowledge and analytical thinking. (required)
  • Proficiency in AGP for studying user history and personal data. (required)
  • Experience with back-office tools for creating bonuses and preparing reports. (required)
  • Ability to create complex CJ settings using multiple filters. (required)
  • Advanced segmentation expertise, utilizing multiple filters and criteria. (required)
  • Strong skills in compiling and designing predictive reports. (required)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing to optimize strategies and campaigns. (required)
  • Proficient in Jira for request processing and department request monitoring. (required)
