Description

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Brand Manager (Employer Brand & Brand Projects) to join its Marketing Team. The role focuses on driving employer branding initiatives and leading cross-functional brand projects that strengthen SOFTSWISS's reputation as both an employer and a global technology brand.

The purpose of the role is to lead the development and execution of global brand initiatives and the Employer Brand strategy to strengthen SOFTSWISS's positioning, increase brand awareness, and support business growth and talent attraction. The Brand Manager will ensure consistent brand experience across external and internal touchpoints, campaigns, digital channels, events, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global brand projects aligned with the corporate brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy in partnership with HR and Internal Communications.
  • Define and regularly update the EVP, employer brand positioning, key messages, target audiences, and priority GEOs.
  • Plan and deliver quarterly and monthly Brand and Employer Brand campaigns with clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage cross-functional brand initiatives, including corporate campaigns, product launches support, rebranding initiatives, employer brand activations, and strategic communication projects.
  • Increase corporate and employer brand awareness across priority markets in alignment with the global brand strategy.
  • Coordinate external agencies and production partners: prepare briefs, manage tenders, oversee creative development, production quality, documentation, and delivery.
  • Lead the creation of brand assets, including campaign concepts, videos, digital content, presentations, branded merchandise, event materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications by maintaining visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Analyse brand and employer brand performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Build strong collaboration with HR, Brand Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Design, Events.
  • Support the company’s participation in industry rankings, conferences, speaking opportunities, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, Employer Brand (required).
  • Proven hands-on experience developing and launching brand positioning and repositioning from scratch, including positioning strategy, messaging development, and cross-functional implementation (required).
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional brand projects from planning to execution (required).
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, prioritisation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills (required).
  • Experience working with creative production, agencies, campaign development, and brand governance (required).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and integrated communication channels (required).
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand performance and campaign effectiveness (required).
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Advanced Russian proficiency (required).
  • High ownership, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills (required).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment (required).
