Client Solutions Manager, Paid Social
As a Client Solutions Manager within the Paid Social team, the successful candidate will work as a hands-on partner to operator clients, helping them maximise the value of Sportradar's technology and creative capabilities. The role involves supporting client relationships, contributing to campaign and creative strategy, and translating data into actionable insights.

The individual will manage day-to-day client needs independently, collaborate across various internal teams, and contribute energy and ideas to a fast-moving product that operates at the intersection of sports, data, and advertising.
- Support and manage client relationships across the major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, and Reddit), owning campaign execution and performance tracking for accounts.
- Develop a solid understanding of each client's business objectives and use that knowledge to contribute to media and creative recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and prepare clear, well-structured reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver against client briefs and timelines.
- Help clients and agencies adopt platform best practices and new product features, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact.
- Support account planning by flagging opportunities for improvement, upsell, or innovation within the portfolio.
- Maintain operational accuracy across campaign setup, QA, and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to team knowledge by sharing learnings and collaborating with senior team members on strategy and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on exposure to paid social campaign management (required).
- Familiarity with one or more major social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Snap Ads Manager) (required).
- Comfortable working with data, including reading performance reports and communicating insights clearly (required).
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines (required).
- Good communicator, in writing and in conversation, with a client-first mindset (required).
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to ask questions, flag issues early, and take ownership of work (required).
- Experience in iGaming, sports, or digital agency environments (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with 3rd party creative or media buying platforms (e.g. Smartly, Hunch) (nice-to-have).
- Hybrid working flexibility based in Vienna.
