Product Manager
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner (m/f/d) to support the development of our data initiatives. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end-defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful features that drive audience engagement and business value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into actionable product plans, align stakeholders, and ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Audience and AI initiatives.
- Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized deliverables.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure smooth agile delivery.
- Make informed prioritization decisions based on business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve the product.
- Align cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, commercial) around shared goals.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (required).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes (required).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams (required).
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills (required).
- Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into product requirements (required).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Experience in digital products, platforms, or AdTech environments (preferred).
- Exposure to AI-driven products or data platforms (preferred).
- Technical understanding of software development processes and architectures (preferred).
