Sports Data Operator
The Production team within Content Operations collects, produces, and distributes sports data for pre-match, live, and post-match coverage. This team is set up globally across multiple locations, including specialists who execute data collection. They deliver coverage for over 1 million matches annually across 93 different sports worldwide.
The challenge for the Sports Data Operator is to monitor sports events and ensure accurate entry of player-related data. This includes ensuring accurate and fast delivery of data from various sources, as well as updating and entering various data points for pre-match, live, and post-match sports events. The role also involves sports data research.
