Safer Gambling Senior Analyst

Description

As a Safer Gambling Senior Analyst, you'll play an important role in using data to help shape decisions that improve customer outcomes and support regulatory compliance. Joining our Safer Gambling Analytics team, you'll provide valuable insight into customer behaviour, measure the impact of safer gambling initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance how we support our customers. Working closely with teams including Safer Gambling, Compliance, Product and Customer, you'll turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence positive change across the business. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain reliable datasets for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and the effectiveness of safer gambling initiatives.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insight.
  • Present complex findings in a simple and engaging way for different audiences.
  • Partner with teams across Safer Gambling, Compliance, Product and Customer functions.
  • Improve data processes and reporting through automation and continuous enhancement.
Requirements
  • Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role with advanced SQL skills (required).
  • Experience working with Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data warehouse (required).
  • Ability to develop dashboards, interpret data and provide practical recommendations (required).
  • Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and communicating technical findings clearly (required).
