This role is critical in shaping how evoke protects customers, meets regulatory obligations, and continuously improves player safety experiences across markets and products. As Product Lead, you will define the strategic direction for the Customer Safety domain, translate business objectives into an actionable product roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-impact solutions through strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Data, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure Customer Safety capabilities remain effective, scalable, and aligned with evolving regulatory and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Safety domain.
  • Ensure alignment between product initiatives, business priorities, customer protection goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive an outcome-focused product approach, using data and insights to measure success and inform prioritisation decisions.
  • Balance customer needs, operational efficiency, compliance obligations, technical feasibility, and commercial considerations.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to improve customer safety capabilities, processes, and user experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to customer safety and responsible gaming.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners, creating a high-performing and empowered product culture.
  • Support career growth, capability development, and alignment with evoke’s product standards and ways of working.
  • Provide guidance and escalation support for complex product, prioritisation, and stakeholder decisions.
  • Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Contribute to hiring and organisational growth within the Product function.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, optimisation, and iteration.
  • Ensure product backlogs are effectively prioritised and aligned to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
  • Drive clarity and transparency around roadmap priorities, dependencies, delivery progress, and risks.
  • Remove blockers and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies to support successful delivery.
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate product performance, adoption, operational impact, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as the primary product representative for Customer Safety across the organisation.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Present strategic updates, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams.
  • Advocate for customer safety priorities while balancing broader business and operational objectives.
  • Deliver customer safety products that are compliant, scalable, and continuously improving player protection outcomes.
  • Build and execute a clear, measurable, and strategically aligned product roadmap.
  • Develop a strong Product Owner team capable of autonomous decision-making and high-quality delivery.
  • Strengthen Customer Safety as a strategic and data-informed product capability within evoke.
  • Drive measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex, high-impact digital products.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development, product discovery, prioritisation, and backlog management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and regulatory complexity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.
