Licensing Specialist

Description

As part of the Licensing Team, the Licensing Specialist will monitor and maintain the Gaming License (GL) process, procedures, and information for Aristocrat Gaming (and related entities) staff in accordance with company policy and assist in a backup capacity regarding all facets of the Aristocrat Licensing process as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the collection of gaming license applications and all appropriate documentation to secure licenses with regulators globally.
  • Interacts with employees to collect individual information of a very confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Interacts with internal departments to capture the information and documentation required to submit license applications.
  • Meets with internal collaborators.
  • Reviews the application for completeness and follows up with the employee to acquire the vital information.
  • Processes and timely files license applications (new and renewals) by deadlines as required by Gaming Regulators and/or project deadlines.
  • Works as a liaison with Gaming Agencies on behalf of the staff.
  • Maintains organized files for all license filings and related documentation/information.
  • Provides budget information to the Manager for the department.
  • Notarize documents as needed.
  • Attends internal key partner meetings.
  • Cross-trains with other functions in Regulatory Compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with licensing regulations (required).
  • Demonstrated ability in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat (required).
  • Experience with Ardentsky would be a plus (nice-to-have).
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (required).
  • Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team-oriented (required).
  • Confidentiality and discretion are very important in this role (required).
  • Adept at planning and organizing (required).
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines (required).
