Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will operate as a strategic advisor to the business, leading end-to-end hiring while using AI, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to affect hiring strategy. This is not a purely delivery-focused role - you will move beyond requisition execution to proactively influence workforce planning and talent location strategy. You will play a meaningful role in embedding AI-enabled, insight-led recruiting practices and elevating how Talent Acquisition operates across the organisation. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in our Krakow office (Unity Centre).
- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and creative roles, ensuring high-quality delivery from intake through onboarding.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, advising on talent availability, market conditions, hiring difficulty, and search strategy.
- Leverage the Talent Intelligence Layer (e.g., TalentNeuron / Synappy, Metaview Research Mode) to provide data-backed insights on market mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline planning.
- Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies, building future-focused pipelines aligned to business growth and skill demand trends.
- Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, evaluation, and candidate communication.
- Develop and scale repeatable, AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency across hiring processes.
- Use AI and talent intelligence to elevate hiring strategy, not just improve efficiency.
- Elevate candidate experience through personalised engagement, storytelling, and structured communication.
- Drive adoption of recruitment technologies (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot, Textio, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Paradox, Metaview), ensuring effective and compliant usage.
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track performance (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire), and continuously improve outcomes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding inclusive hiring practices across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Introduce quality and governance controls, ensuring all AI outputs and hiring decisions meet compliance, accuracy, and ethical standards.
- Share best practices and elevate team capability, contributing to broader Talent Acquisition efficiency.
- 5–8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple teams (technical, commercial, creative).
- Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools, with the ability to connect tools into structured, repeatable workflows.
- Experience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape sourcing strategies and collaborator conversations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Robust benefits package
