Head of Compensation and Benefits
As the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will design, implement, and manage total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our organization. You’ll ensure our compensation philosophy aligns with business goals, is competitive in the market, and fosters a high-performance culture.
- Develop and lead compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Design and continuously improve salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
- Lead annual compensation cycles (benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus payouts, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all regions of operation.
- Manage relationships with external benefit providers and platforms.
- Drive C&B analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to advise on offers, promotions, and reward policies.
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a large, international company.
- Strong knowledge of local and global C&B practices.
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
