Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / VBET
This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work across diverse, high-priority markets, focusing on quality and speed of hire. You will manage a focused portfolio of 4 to 7 specialised roles, balanced between Non-Technical (approx. 80%) and Technical (approx. 20%) positions, ranging from Junior/Middle to Executive/C-Level. You will engage with candidates and hiring managers across various regions, including the EU (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO), Brazil, Ukraine, Armenia, and other global markets. We are currently undergoing strategic transformation, enhancing and implementing many new practices. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in diverse recruitment-related projects and initiatives. Please note that our Talent Acquisition Team covers vacancies across all regions. You may frequently be working on concurrent hiring processes in locations with highly divergent time zones, from Brazil to Armenia.
- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles, ensuring execution excellence from the initial Intake Meeting and needs analysis through negotiations and Pre-boarding
- Execute high-impact, multi-channel sourcing strategies, dedicating up to 40% of time to actively engaging and building pipelines within passive and niche global talent pools
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights, presenting curated shortlists, and guiding effective, unbiased hiring decisions
- Ensure a consistently positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates, reflecting our standards and commitment to the Employer Brand
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, swiftly resolve operational changes or issues, and ensure seamless delivery with minimal impact on internal/external customer satisfaction
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of our global recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimisation areas, and implementing best practices
- Attend local industry conferences and events as needed (virtually or physically) to represent VBET and actively network with top talent
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience handling complex Non-Tech (and Tech) roles in international or global markets
- Proven experience hiring in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-growth environment
- Demonstrated advanced sourcing skills and established professional network within different GEOs
- Prior experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter (and/or Enterprise)
- C1 level of English proficiency, Fluent Ukrainian or Russian
