Business Operations Manager - Latvia
As the Business Operations Manager, you will lead commercial operations in Latvia, ensuring strong local execution across the business.
- Own the overall performance of the Latvian market, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention in line with Baltic strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary market owner and expert for Latvia, providing insights on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to shape local strategy.
- Work closely with Baltic and central cross-functional teams to provide local market input and ensure initiatives are effectively adapted for the Latvian market.
- Drive a data-led mindset, closely monitoring KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, retention, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Contribute to market performance and budget management.
- Oversee and support the effective functioning of the Latvia office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a well-organised, productive work environment.
- 3 years' experience within a similar role (required)
- 5+ years in the gaming industry (required)
- Strong ability to read data and analytics (required)
- Fluency in Latvian and English (required)
- Experience in online business (required)
- Data driven and KPI driven with ability to work in broad teams (required)
- Understanding of Customer Lifetime cycle and value (required)
- Hands-on leadership and motivational skills (required)
- The salary range for this position is €40,000 - €55,000 gross annually, additionally a quarterly bonus.
