The B‑BBEE and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager reports directly to the Head of Human Resources and plays a critical role in driving the company’s transformation and social impact agenda across Africa. This role is responsible for leading and executing high‑impact CSR initiatives, including community investment programmes, sustainability projects, responsible gaming initiatives, and cross‑market partnerships. In addition, the Manager leads the organisation’s B‑BBEE strategy and governance by managing the company’s scorecard, audits, and compliance requirements; overseeing ownership, management control, and employment equity structures; driving Skills Development initiatives including learnerships, internships and WSP/ATR submissions; and leading Enterprise, Supplier, and Socio‑Economic Development programmes while producing data‑driven transformation and CSR reporting for leadership. The Manager is expected to take a hands‑on approach in designing, managing, and monitoring programmes that support meaningful social development while reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to responsible and ethical business practices. Responsibilities
  • Lead B‑BBEE strategy & governance, manage scorecard, audits and compliance.
  • Oversee ownership, management control and employment equity structures.
  • Drive Skills Development, learnerships, internships and WSP/ATR submission.
  • Lead Enterprise, Supplier and Socio‑Economic Development programmes.
  • Produce data‑driven transformation and CSR reporting for leadership.
  • Lead the development and execution of the CSR strategy.
  • Design and implement CSR initiatives that align with business objectives and community needs.
  • Ensure alignment with global CSR frameworks and responsible gaming commitments.
  • Ensure our SED spend is aligned to the required minimums for BBBEE compliance and work with external stakeholders to maximise elements of the scorecard that CSR can impact.
  • Manage CSR partnerships across multiple markets.
  • Build strong relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organisations.
  • Drive measurable impact through scalable, high value community programmes.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of CSR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR to amplify CSR stories and highlight outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all territories.
  • Track programme effectiveness, KPIs and ROI to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Produce high‑quality CSR reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Compliance and Player Protection teams to deliver responsible gaming initiatives.
  • Support education programmes and safer gambling campaigns across all customer touchpoints.

  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
