Responsibilities
  • Own delivery of cross-functional business projects from initiation through to completion
  • Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery commitments are met
  • Maintain accountability for delivery quality and timelines
  • Provide leadership with visibility across the delivery portfolio
  • Balance demand, capacity, and sequencing across teams and initiatives
  • Identify and manage risks and trade-offs early, providing clear recommendations
  • Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and engineering capacity
  • Act as the central coordination point between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, checkpoints, and delivery forums
  • Ensure roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly defined and understood
  • Establish and maintain delivery best practices across initiatives
  • Apply delivery methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Lean approaches
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and improve organisational focus
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making for effective delivery outcomes
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Manage expectations through transparent, evidence-based reporting
  • Lead post-delivery reviews and embed learnings into future initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and processes
  • Champion prioritisation and focus across the organisation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Projects & Delivery team
  • Build scalable team structures aligned to growth and complexity
  • Foster a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making
  • Translate company strategy into delivery frameworks, analytics, and KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project and delivery roles within product-led or digital environments (required)
  • Strong background in product delivery with project management expertise (required)
  • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (required)
  • Demonstrated team leadership or people management experience (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
  • Ability to align delivery execution to broader business strategy and product roadmaps (required)
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in high-pressure environments (required)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (required)
  • Experience with delivery methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Lean, etc.) (required)
  • Strong commercial judgement and value-driven mindset (required)
  • Proactive, structured, and outcome-focused approach (required)
  • Experience in betting, gaming, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Exposure to scaling delivery functions in product-led organisations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with delivery tracking, reporting, and analytics tools (preferred)
  • Understanding of engineering workflows and product development lifecycles (preferred)
  • Experience driving process improvement or delivery transformation initiatives (preferred)
