Domain Operations Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Domain Operations Specialist to support domain registration, management, and operational processes. This role involves working with domain registrars and auctions, monitoring domain statuses, handling corporate email accounts, and collaborating closely with legal, technical, marketing, and finance teams. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth domain operations and contributing to process optimization and automation.
- Registering accounts with domain name registrars in accordance with established guidelines.
- Researching and selecting domain name registrars to diversify risks and expand capabilities for registering local domain names.
- Creating accounts on domain name auction platforms.
- Setting up and maintaining email accounts (Gmail, Ukr.net, with potential expansion of the list).
- Managing SIM cards (procurement, inventory tracking, auditing existing SIM cards, handling calls and SMS).
- Monitoring corporate inboxes and communicating with Legal, Technical, Marketing, and Finance departments to resolve requests.
- Communicating with registrar support teams regarding incoming requests (via email and phone).
- Monitoring domain name statuses by reviewing notifications received from registrars.
- Participating in domain registration and renewal processes (for existing domains), maintaining records, and coordinating basic setup tasks with the Technical team.
- Supporting the team with operational tasks.
- Contributing to broader team initiatives and process automation efforts.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- English level: Intermediate (sufficient for written communication).
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
