Head of Operations

Description

We’re looking for a Head of Operations who can take ownership of how the company executes on a daily basis. You will lead operational teams, build clear processes, and ensure that work across functions is structured, transparent, and result-driven. Your goal is to turn growing complexity into a system that works: clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and consistent execution. If you can build structure without creating bureaucracy, push initiatives forward, and develop strong managers - this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Operations function (Team Leads and Ops Managers).
  • Build a clear and scalable operating model across operational teams.
  • Ensure strong execution: planning, prioritization, and delivery across projects.
  • Define and maintain KPIs and performance tracking systems.
  • Improve and standardize core business processes across teams.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and remove bottlenecks between departments.
  • Ensure visibility and transparency of workload, priorities, and results.
  • Push key operational initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • Develop team capabilities, structure, and ownership areas.
  • Work closely with Deputy COO on priorities, strategy, and execution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in management in leadership roles.
  • 5 + years of experience in Operations in a company with 200+ people.
  • Experience managing managers (Team Leads, Ops Managers).
  • Strong experience building and scaling operational processes across multiple functions.
  • Ability to design and implement execution systems (planning, tracking, reporting).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Product, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus teams on what impacts business results.
  • Experience driving initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to break down complex problems and find practical solutions.
  • Experience with dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
  • Personal qualities: Ownership mindset – you take responsibility for results. Structured thinking – you bring order to chaos and make things clear. Strong executor – you don’t overcomplicate, you make things happen. Result-oriented – focused on business impact. Good judgment – able to make decisions with incomplete information. Strong communication – clear, direct, and to the point. Ability to push and challenge teams when needed. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment. Focused on team growth and delegation.
Benefits
  • 28 business days of paid off.
  • Flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely.
  • Medical insurance and mental health care.
  • Compensation for courses, trainings.
  • English classes and speaking clubs.
  • Internal library, educational events.
  • Outstanding corporate parties, teambuildings.
