Middle HR People Partner
We are looking for a HR People Partner who will play a key operational role in supporting teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, consistently, and efficiently while contributing to overall team and business performance. - Coordinate the onboarding process, including adaptation plans, 30/60/90-day checkpoints, mentorship support, and probation period monitoring.
- Support employees throughout their journey in the company: maintain HR systems, respond to employee requests, conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, and identify employee concerns and team sentiment.
- Drive performance and development processes: administer performance review cycles, maintain Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and support learning and development initiatives.
- Manage the offboarding process: coordinate document signing, ensure access revocation and knowledge transfer, conduct exit interviews, and gather employee feedback.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for HR Business Partners, monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, probation success rate, and other people-related indicators.
- Contribute to process improvement by standardizing HR operational activities, participating in automation initiatives, and maintaining the knowledge base.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR People Partner. (required)
- Solid understanding of key HR processes and practical experience working with HRM systems. (required)
- Experience conducting 1-on-1 meetings and exit interviews. (required)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. (required)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset, with a readiness to take ownership of operational HR activities. (required)
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. (required)
