Senior Operations Manager

- Create, optimize, document and maintain operational processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.
- Implementation, monitoring, and improvement of business process efficiency metrics.
- Support and improve projects, dashboards, workflows in Jira.
- Coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency (incl. planning, execution and evaluation).
- Build and refine cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams, breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated execution and delivery.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of service delivery models across operational teams, with a focus on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Manage some operational budgets and optimize expenses.
- 5 + years of operations management or project management.
- Hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes - making them clear, efficient, and consistent.
- Strong collaboration skills - able to align and coordinate work across different teams and departments.
- Proven ability to drive change and introduce new ideas, even without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset - able to turn data and operational challenges into clear, practical solutions.
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).
- Experience building reports and tracking systems.
- Strong experience working with Jira is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Will be a plus: Experience working cross-functionally with Finance to drive operational efficiency.
