Content Creator & SMM Project Manager
The Content Creator & SMM Project Manager role involves a blend of hands-on content production and strategic project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating visual and written content, overseeing the publication calendar, and coordinating with design teams to maintain a consistent brand presence across social media platforms.
- Create, shoot, and edit visual content (Reels, Stories, and static posts) for different platforms.
- Write engaging texts, captions, and video scripts aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
- Track digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to quickly adapt them into new content formats.
- Experiment with new ideas and visual styles to increase audience engagement.
- Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all channels.
- Turn marketing goals into clear project plans with specific deadlines and deliverables.
- Work closely with Managing Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to align social media efforts.
- Organise and store media assets, managing the workflow from initial idea to final post.
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth) across all social media platforms.
- Analyse results to improve content quality and optimise project workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital production (required).
- Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) (required).
- Basic graphic design skills (required).
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage content pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms (required).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) (required).
