Corporate Planning Manager
We are looking for a structured and organized Corporate Planning Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of our OKR-based planning process across the company. This role is located in the Strategy & Planning Department. Our department helps over 4,000 people navigate the planning and execution process every quarter, opening 1,000+ quarter goals, tracking their execution, and submitting the results. This volume of work requires respective tools, automation, and reporting, as well as a person who will take ownership and make it great. You would be our ideal candidate if you are a mature person with a high sense of ownership, can work autonomously, drive, and direct your work stream, are highly organized, tech-savvy, care about UI / UX, and care about proper solution architecture.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management.
- Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company
- Identify and address process gaps; automate where possible
- Act as the point of contact for OKR-related queries and tool support
- Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles
- Support teams in setting aligned, measurable goals and ensure timely submission
- Facilitate planning meetings & alignment sessions.
- Maintain planning tools, templates, and knowledge bases.
- Monitor progress and ensure regular reporting and result validation.
- Ensure consistent communication & transparency around planning processes.
## Tooling
- Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies
- Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs
- Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems
- Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools
- Maintain tool documentation
## Reporting
- Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking
- Enable executive reporting and alignment views
## Automation
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work
- Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance
- Automate data collection and result aggregation
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or related fields - preferably within the software development, technology, or data-related industries.
- Strong practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other planning/tracking platforms.
- JIRA Administration
- Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks.
- Experience in high-scale environments (1000+ people)
- Ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams and timelines.
- Clear, structured communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to adapt messaging for various organizational levels.
- Experience in designing and improving business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
