Level 2 IT Support Engineer (NOC Engineer)
We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 IT Support Engineer (NOC) to join our team. This is a critical role within our technical ecosystem, responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our production systems. - Monitor all production systems with a high degree of vigilance, responding to alerts and maintaining a robust service environment.
- Manage incidents from detection through to resolution or workaround, ensuring seamless escalation to senior support levels when necessary.
- Provide essential incident management support following system deployments to ensure continued platform stability.
- Perform detailed log-level analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues to identify and resolve root causes.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for technical issues, including reproduction in test environments and clear communication of resolutions to stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or NOC operations, with a strong foundation in logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Grafana, PagerDuty, or DataDog).
- Demonstrated ability to perform log-level analysis and navigate bug-tracking systems like JIRA.
- A self-motivated team player with the ambition to master new systems and procedures quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reporting and verbal/written communication skills, ensuring technical details are documented accurately.
- Experience with SQL or Jenkins is considered a significant asset.
