Sales Manager - iGaming
bwise Media is dedicated to connecting brands with sports audiences through the powerful combination of data, creativity, and technology. With a strong focus on delivering measurable results for sports brands in the iGaming market worldwide, our work is structured around four main pillars: Direct Media Buying, Sponsorships & Activations, Performance Marketing, and our proprietary in-house AdTech solutions.
We are expanding our operations in Brazil and are therefore looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our Director for South America, as well as the Head of Sales Brazil/LATAM, playing a key role in generating new sales opportunities, both online and offline (including direct digital sales, media buying, sponsorships, print/offline media, among others). Most importantly, you must possess a strong network of contacts in the Brazilian sports betting market or the Brazilian iGaming market.

- Promote and sell bwise's sports portfolio, which includes live score apps, sports publishers, influencer marketing, and social media marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key digital media outlets.
- Prospect and negotiate with sports betting companies and online gaming operators in Brazil.
- Organize business meetings with potential clients.
- Present our company's services and our standout portfolio.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming or betting sector.
- Solid understanding of direct media sales (CPM), performance marketing, and programmatic media buying.
- Desirable experience in affiliate marketing.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle - from strategy to closing deals.
- Well-established network of contacts in the iGaming sector, especially with betting operators and publishers.
- Strong willingness to learn, coupled with a commitment to continuous development and staying updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Availability and willingness to travel for client meetings, event participation, and deal closing.
- Native fluency in Portuguese and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Reside in Brazil (preferably in São Paulo).
