Position Overview:

The Gaming team is an essential and central part of the Casumo Group; a KPI driven team with a product and revenue focus to drive initiatives and projects throughout the company in alignment with the Company Goals. As a Casino Coordinator you will be a key member of the team, and own the day to day operations in order to achieve our goals in the numerous markets we operate in.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain the casino games roadmap and release schedule.
  • Launch, test and validate new casino games and content updates.
  • Manage game configurations and casino lobby updates.
  • Support compliance checks to ensure games meet regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Coordinate with external game providers regarding game releases, assets and related information.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Compliance and Design teams to support game launches and site updates.
  • Maintain operational trackers and casino-related documentation.
  • Monitor the casino site and proactively flag any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Produce regular reports on game performance and upcoming releases.
  • Support the Casino Manager with daily operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry is considered an asset, but is not essential.
  • A quick learner with a proactive, positive and hands-on attitude.
  • Passionate about casino products and games.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A confident communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
