Description

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling affiliate-driven user acquisition across one of our priority growth regions. You will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic affiliate partnerships, building long-term, high-value relationships that support sustainable business growth, while also leading and supporting a small affiliate team. In this role, you’ll combine commercial thinking with a data-driven approach to performance, continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize impact. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help turn regional strategy into execution, ensuring affiliate activity is aligned with broader acquisition goals and market priorities. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates across the LatAm region and build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Support negotiations on commissions and placements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support an Affiliate Coordinator to optimize day-to-day operations and affiliate performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Ensure affiliates use up-to-date, approved marketing materials across all channels.
  • Track performance and share clear insights, results, and improvement opportunities.
  • Adapt campaigns to LatAm markets, considering local cultural, regulatory, and commercial factors.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, turning insights into action.
  • Contribute to market-specific promotional initiatives to drive partner engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, advertising regulations, and responsible marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. compliance, creative, product, analytics, finance) to support execution and reporting.
  • Support commission tracking, cost allocation, and payment processes in collaboration with Finance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in multi-market or regional roles, with a proven track record of managing affiliate partners and driving performance. (required)
  • Previous team leadership or people management experience, with the ability to mentor, support, and guide team members in a fast-paced environment. (required)
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with experience maintaining long-term partnerships with external partners. (required)
  • Comfortable working with performance data, using insights to identify opportunities and implement campaign optimizations that improve acquisition, retention, and ROI. (required)
  • Solid understanding of affiliate tracking systems, platforms, and key performance marketing metrics. (required)
  • Knowledge of advertising compliance requirements in LatAm markets is a plus. (preferred)
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across internal teams such as Compliance, Creative, Product, Analytics, and Finance to support execution and reporting. (required)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly with international partners and stakeholders. (required)
