Community Manager, Chile

Description

As Community Manager for Chile, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing the local community, strengthening Coolbet’s presence in the Chilean market through social media, events, influencer partnerships, and direct customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful relationships with our users, amplify brand visibility, and contribute to customer acquisition efforts while ensuring a positive, engaging, and locally relevant brand experience. Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow Coolbet’s social media presence and online communities in Chile, fostering meaningful engagement and positive brand interactions.
  • Create, curate, and publish compelling content across digital channels while identifying trends and opportunities to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through community-focused campaigns, paid social activities, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, media partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Represent and protect Coolbet’s brand identity, ensuring all communications are aligned with company guidelines and local market expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback, resolve escalated issues, and provide community insights that contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and customer experiences that enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze social media, community, and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (required)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role. (required)
  • Proven experience managing social media channels, online communities, and performance reporting across digital platforms. (required)
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different audiences. (required)
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, media partners, or strategic partnerships is considered an advantage. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and community engagement strategies. (required)
  • Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the Chilean sports landscape; interest in gaming or iGaming is highly beneficial. (required)
  • Experience within the iGaming, sports betting, sports, entertainment, or fast-paced digital industries is a plus. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build authentic relationships with customers and stakeholders. (required)
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude. (required)
  • Creative, proactive, and highly engaged with online communities. (required)
  • Well-organized and high attention to detail, with strong time management and prioritization skills. (required)

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). (required)
