Audio-Visual (AV) Specialist

- Manage and maintain various video systems and equipment, including keying and payout systems, cameras, and lighting setups.
- Adjusting keying parameters such as spill suppression, edge refinement, and color balance to ensure clean and accurate compositing.
- Troubleshooting keying issues such as improper lighting, uneven backgrounds, or transparency artifacts.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve audio and video issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend upgrades or improvements to AV systems.
- Proven experience working with video systems, cameras, keying machines, and playout systems.
- Proficiency in video compression standards and tools (e.g., H.264, HEVC).
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and video production best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize video performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly.
- Experience in online gambling or gaming industry.
- Understanding of interactive media and live streaming audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of video analytics and performance monitoring tools.
