Live Casino Trainer - Mandarin Speaking
The Trainer is responsible for the delivery of training sessions related to game rules, incident handling, settlement procedures, and the signalling system. The role ensures that training is delivered clearly, consistently, and in line with defined standards, supporting teams to operate accurately in live environments.
The role focuses on practical knowledge transfer and reinforcement, ensuring that trainees understand and apply procedures correctly. The Trainer provides guidance and support to trainees, maintains training quality, and ensures alignment with approved standard operating procedures.
- Deliver training sessions covering game rules and procedures.
- Deliver training sessions covering incident handling and escalation.
- Deliver training sessions covering settlement processes.
- Deliver training sessions covering the use of the signalling system.
- Ensure training is clear, structured, and easy to understand.
- Ensure training reflects approved SOPs.
- Ensure training includes practical examples and scenarios.
- Reinforce understanding of identifying incidents.

- Reinforce understanding of supporting accurate settlements.
- Assist trainees in applying procedures correctly during training sessions.
- Support training on signalling workflows.

- Support training on the correct use of tools and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees during and after sessions.
- Address questions and clarify procedures.
- Ensure trainees are confident in applying what they have learned.
- Deliver training in line with guidance from the Training Team Lead.
- Maintain consistency across sessions.
- Provide feedback on trainee understanding and areas of improvement.
- Use and follow approved training materials.
- Support updates to materials where required.
- Maintain basic awareness of engagement expectations.
- Maintain basic awareness of presentation standards.
- Strong knowledge of game rules (required)
- Strong knowledge of incident handling (required)

- Good communication and presentation skills (required)
- Ability to explain processes clearly (required)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
- Experience in training or coaching (preferred)
