Marketing & Content Assistant

Description

We are an in-house arcade-style online iGaming development team that manages the entire product lifecycle - from concept ideation and game design through to backend/frontend development and live launches. Our collaborative environment brings together product strategists, designers, QA specialists, and developers under one roof to deliver engaging gaming experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Create original content in both English and Chinese - this is a content creation role, not a translation role.
  • Write creative and engaging game slogans, game descriptions, and promotional copy in both languages.
  • Transform raw game information into clear, well-organised game rules and how-to-play guides for player-facing use.
  • Develop promotional and launch communications, including product announcements and press materials for new game releases.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written materials in both languages.
  • Prepare, organise, and distribute marketing materials (game icons, banners, product documents, etc.) to internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure visual assets align with marketing messaging.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing collateral for all game titles.
  • Manage and maintain game text assets across localisation platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct online research on the gaming industry to support the Product Team's planning and positioning.
  • Compile findings into clear, concise summaries for internal use.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with launch schedules.
  • Support the Product Owner in preparing client-facing and stakeholder-facing documentation.
Requirements
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content writing, or a related field. Recent graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese - this is essential to the role.
  • Strong copywriting ability with a flair for crafting catchy, concise messaging (e.g. slogans, product descriptions, promotional taglines).
  • Comfortable with online research and able to gather and organise information effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with or working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Interest in or exposure to the online gaming / digital entertainment industry.
