Risk Analyst

Description

EEZE is expanding rapidly across multiple live casino studios and international offices and as a result, we are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our growing team. The Risk Analyst plays a key role in monitoring, assessing, and managing the integrity of live games and gaming environments. The primary goal of the role is to proactively identify and mitigate fraudulent activities affecting game integrity, ensuring prompt detection, analysis, and resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and assess game performance and player data for signs of advantage play, fraud, collusion and game malfunctions.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of player data and game metrics to identify risks and trends that may impact gaming integrity.
  • Provide support and assistance to Risk Analysts in assessing game performance and identifying potential risks.
  • Collaborate with GIRM Team and the Product team to assess game performance and provide insights for improvements.
  • Maintain familiarity with the games at a facility and with strategies and techniques used by players at such games.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining systems and tools for continuous risk monitoring.
  • Provide reporting and documentation on identified risks and ongoing investigations.
  • Report any abnormal issues or situations to the Head of Gaming Integrity and Risk Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager in relation to the position.
Requirements
  • Higher education or ongoing studies.
  • Previous experience in related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
  • Mathematical and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Solid understanding of gaming security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Key personal traits: critical thinking, detail oriented and capable of working independently.
