BI Senior Analyst, NCE

Description

As a Senior BI Analyst for the NCE region, you will play a key role in enabling commercial, product, and leadership teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will go beyond reporting, proactively uncovering opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and equipping stakeholders with the insights and tools they need to improve performance and drive growth. This role combines deep analytical capability with strong business partnering. You’ll work hands-on with data, while also being a trusted advisor to senior leaders, product managers, and marketing teams. You will contribute to building the foundations of the NCE BI & Analytics function, helping to raise standards, share best practice, and embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the business. As an “all-rounder” analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will span the full analytics spectrum, from identifying business needs and framing problems, through data exploration, modelling, and pipeline development, to delivering results through analysis, AB testing, reporting, and impactful visualisations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a new business function with an exciting future and to directly influence outcomes in key European markets.

  • Collaborate with compliance, safer gambling, and marketing teams to evaluate initiatives and measure their business impact.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide evidence-based recommendations to guide decisions in complex or high-impact areas.
  • Develop scalable reporting and automation that reduce manual effort and make insights readily accessible across teams.
  • Translate complex data into clear visualisations and compelling narratives, enabling senior stakeholders to understand what the numbers really mean.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with central functions, divisional analysts, and group teams to share knowledge and foster collaboration.
  • Encourage open communication across teams to break silos and promote cross-functional working.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, sharing expertise in SQL, data modelling, and storytelling to raise the overall analytics capability of the function.
