Tech Lead .NET
As a Tech Lead, the individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers working on key applications and services of the frontend stack used. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role heads the PosAPI team (part of the Frontend Framework domain), who develop and maintain one of the core high-availability and high-traffic web applications (.NET web API) as well as internal developer tools.
The role involves acting as a first technical contact person for assigned projects and reporting on progress as required. The Tech Lead will implement standards for delivery of projects across the team, design and develop high-quality software solutions based on business requirements, and define non-functional requirements, ensuring implementation according to them. The role also ensures operational readiness of applications, that technical reviews are done and non-functional requirements (NFRs) are considered. Further responsibilities include discussing, understanding, and refining business requirements together with business peers, supporting and consulting business on technical topics, and mentoring and coaching team members. Knowledge sharing within and across teams, and driving/supporting process improvements are also key aspects of this position.

- Education and active work experience (5+ years) as .NET software engineer (required).
- Active experience developing and maintaining .NET web services (required).
- Experienced in AWS hosted applications (required).
- Experienced in application monitoring and altering (required).
- Experienced in leading a team of engineers, including recruitment and other people management duties (required).
- Salary from EUR 85000 yearly.
