Content Creation Specialist
Description
Evolution is seeking a Content Creation Specialist who will be responsible for creating high-volume, social-first content that supports both Live Dealer product visibility and Evolution’s employer brand across North America. This role will focus on creating engaging photo and video content for social media platforms that showcases Evolution’s games, studio environment, and people. The ideal candidate will be content-native, platform-aware, trend-driven creator role focused on organic reach, visibility, and relevance.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact photo and video content that brings Evolution’s Live Dealer products, studio environment, and employer brand to life across social media platforms
- Capture, edit, and produce engaging short and long-form content including social clips, behind-the-scenes footage, employee spotlights, game highlights, and YouTube/podcast-style videos
- Develop trend-driven, platform-native content for channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and internal teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns that attract Online Dealers, Game Presenters, and other studio talent
- Showcase the employee experience through authentic storytelling, day-in-the-life content, career growth stories, and workplace culture initiatives
- Help position Evolution as a modern, creative, and exciting employer within the online gaming industry
- Create engaging content that familiarizes players and audiences with Evolution’s Live Casino products and gaming experience
- Manage both fast-paced reactive content opportunities and larger long-term creative projects simultaneously
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and production quality across platforms
- Identify opportunities to maximize reach and engagement by repurposing and amplifying content across multiple channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and creative partners to deliver impactful digital assets that support business growth and brand visibility
- Stay current on social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles to continuously evolve Evolution’s digital presence
- Support client and partnership initiatives through shared content strategies and collaborative campaigns
- Contribute to increasing awareness of career opportunities and strengthening Evolution’s reputation as an industry-leading employer and entertainment brand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communications, PR, Branding and/or Marketing or applicable experience (required)
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, produce a high-volume of content on a consistent and ongoing basis, and create multiple assets from a single shoot or event (required)
- Excellent English, written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage (required)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, the ability to plan work efficiently (required)
- A can-do attitude and strong passion for marketing and video content to boost the business and employee experience (required)
- Proficiency in digital photo editing, social media (mobile apps, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms), proficiency with creative and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or similar audio/video editing software (required)
- Ability to work efficiently with professional and mobile video equipment, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment (required)
- Ability to demonstrate a full and complete understanding of Evolution’s brand and continuously evolve its visual storytelling (required)
- Must be a team-player who is able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Talent teams (required)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong awareness of social trends and platform-native formats (required)
- Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts (required)
- Ability to film and produce engaging content in dynamic environments such as studios or live production settings (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with employees and talent while capturing authentic content (required)
- Willingness to travel occasionally between Evolution studio locations to capture content (required)
