HR Business Partner
Evolution is looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation for its first studio in Moreno, Argentina. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possesses the expertise to establish HR practices from the ground up.
The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR expert for local operations, working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This is an on-site position based in Moreno, Argentina.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of local labour legislation.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, and employee and union relations.
- Full recruitment process and sourcing.
- Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HRBP or in a mid-level HR leadership role (required).
- Experience with payroll and compensation and benefits in a local HR role (required).
- Deep understanding of local labour legislation and best HR practices (required).
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organisational development (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organisation (required).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and influence business outcomes (required).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills (required).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (required).
- Advanced computer literacy (required).
- Excellent knowledge of English language (C1 Level) (required).
