Support the Commercial department in coordination and administrative support activities, ensuring the correct execution of campaigns and promotions in the iGaming sector. Act in the analysis, organization, and validation of data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational rules.

Responsibilities
  • Production of reports and analyses in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and formulas)
  • Collection, organization, and validation of data for monthly reports and campaigns
  • Configuration and maintenance of promotional campaigns (tournaments, leaderboards, web pages)
  • Support to the Promotions Manager and basic customer service on the internal platform
  • Development of promotional proposals and Terms & Conditions
  • Review of games, limits, and functionality on operator websites
  • Analysis of portfolio gaps and support to Account Managers
  • Audit of websites to ensure compliance with agreed campaigns and rules
  • Support in general administrative demands of the Commercial team
Requirements
  • Completed degree
  • Advanced English
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel (essential)
  • Analytical profile and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple demands
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn about iGaming and technical tools
