Revenue Associate (Mid-Level)
The Revenue Associate / Accounts Receivable plays a key role in managing the revenue cycle for their online gaming operations. This role involves ownership of revenue reporting, validation of commercial agreements, and ensuring accurate invoicing to partners. The Revenue Associate acts as a link between Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams, contributing to revenue assurance and supporting commercial decision-making.
- Own the setup and maintenance of partner contracts, commercial rates, and revenue models in company systems.
- Review, interpret, and validate contractual terms to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing.
- Prepare, validate, and issue monthly invoices to partners, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements.
- Conduct detailed revenue reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to provide revenue insights for pricing, negotiations, and forecasting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within revenue operations.
- Mentor and support junior team members (e.g., Revenue Administrators).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or experience in revenue operations, billing, or finance in the iGaming/Software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of contract structures and revenue recognition principles.
- Ability to communicate complex commercial terms clearly across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
