Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure the availability and effectiveness of human resources according to company objectives and compliance requirements.
This role involves coordinating recruitment projects across the organisation, including job/position analysis and recruitment planning. Responsibilities include composing job advertisements and publishing them on job search sites, receiving and managing job applications, and maintaining a database of candidates.
The specialist will arrange and lead individual and group interviews, apply personality and cognitive ability tests in the recruitment process, and perform analysis and interpretation of test results. They will evaluate applicants by interviewing and verifying references, and select applicants suitable for the position based on business needs and requirements.
Key recruitment areas include GP, SH positions, and recruitment for Operations and Business Support. The role also requires ensuring candidate information and records are available to the direct manager, correct, and up to date. Promoting best recruitment practices and sharing ideas to ensure consistency through value-added services is essential.
Additional duties may include performing other tasks requested by the manager that are related to this position and meet the qualifications. Replacement of colleagues during vacations, sick leaves, and other absences is also part of the role, taking place during working time and not considered additional work.

- Higher education (required).
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English language skills (required).
- Expertise in labour market, recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews, tests etc.) (required).
- Self-driven, excellent time management and prioritization, and organization skills (required).
- Very good presentation skills (required).
- Focus on accuracy and orientation on details (required).
- Ability to work in a team (required).
- Competence interviews - ability to prepare questions (required).
- Salary: 1600-1740 EUR gross + Recruitment bonus.
