Legal Counsel (12 Month FTC)
We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide comprehensive legal support across various business areas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising on legal matters and ensuring compliance.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
- Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes as they arise.
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with a current practising certificate (required).
- Proven experience in commercial law and contract drafting (required).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance (required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required).
- Experience in dispute resolution is a plus (preferred).
