Service Center Specialist
The Service Center Specialist role involves providing comprehensive support to customers within the iGaming and sports betting sector. The position focuses on assisting players with account management, including card registration, deposits, and withdrawals, while ensuring high standards of service and data confidentiality. The specialist acts as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the customers during card attaching, deposits and withdrawals.
- Support the customers when registering in the Client’s webpage.
- Input of customer passport information into the system.
- Authorization of customers in the system.
- Provision of consultation regarding Client’s products.
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns.
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately.
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers.
- Follow high security level of customer data confidentiality.
- Follow company standards in customer service.
- Maintain proper knowledge of Company products, services, promotions, and standards.
