Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role will be instrumental in providing critical financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, planning, and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting activities.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into performance drivers.
- Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities and investment proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a similar role (required).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques (required).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (required).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills (required).
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing (required).
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (preferred).
