Senior Manager Commercial Planning
This role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability. The Senior Manager Commercial Planning will lead a team of planners and analysts, providing strategic direction and support to various business units. The position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement commercial plans and strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align commercial objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of commercial planners and analysts.
- Prepare and present business cases and performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial planning processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus (preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data (required).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills (required).
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques (required).
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (required).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
