Strategic Change Manager (AI) - 12M FTC

Description

The Strategic Change Manager (AI) will play a key role in the delivery of the UKI business strategy across Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions. The role will coordinate and execute change initiatives, working to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and positive delivery outcomes. Working as part of the Strategic Planning & Change team, the role holder will drive the planning, bridge the gap between cross-functional teams, manage delivery, track progress and support in embedding change.

Responsibilities
  • Take a leading role in the delivery of change initiatives across COO and CCO functions, coordinating and maintaining alignment with business priorities, driving activities through to successful completion.
  • Ability to translate objectives into deliverable project plans, taking a thorough approach to the planning, ensuring initiatives are well structured, sequenced, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage & monitor delivery across multiple initiatives.
  • Identifying, assessing and managing risks and dependencies, and contribute to clear and timely reporting to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain trusted & valued cross business relationships, fostering collaboration across workstreams, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Support the business on implementation of change, contributing to a smooth transition and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivery of large scale projects and/or change management in a complex organisation (required).
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage a number of initiatives simultaneously (required).
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to collate information and contribute to clear progress updates for stakeholders (required).
  • Ability to navigate complexity, manage interdependencies, and maintain momentum in dynamic, evolving environments (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functions, as well as influence, align, and manage expectations at all levels (required).
  • An understanding of change management approaches, and the ability to support the business with application of them (required).
  • Ablility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfort in working with ambiguity and change (required).
