Betting Operations Manager
The Betting Operations Manager supports our commercial operations with a strong focus on sports betting products, including Forza, while driving the expansion of betting verticals across our Casino SEO sites. This role sits at the intersection of commercial planning, technical execution, and community engagement. You’ll ensure sportsbook partner placements are accurate and optimised, oversee betting content operations across AI and freelance workflows, and support initiatives that improve conversion from click to new depositing player (NDC). You’ll also play a key role in executing and scaling our betting loyalty ecosystem, the betting equivalent of Casino Club, helping drive player retention, engagement, and long-term community growth.
- Manage sportsbook placements, tracking links, offers, and partner integrations across all betting products and Casino SEO sites.
- Support the rollout of new betting sections and features in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
- Monitor and QA betting APIs, odds feeds, deep links, and promotional placements.
- Coordinate AI-generated and freelance betting content workflows, ensuring content aligns with commercial priorities.
- Support and optimise the betting loyalty program to drive retention, engagement, and repeat visits.
- Collaborate with tipsters, streamers, social teams, and sportsbook partners to support live betting campaigns and community initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improve workflows across betting operations and content processes.
- Execute day-to-day operational support across partnerships, account management, and betting commercial activities.
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Betting Operations, or a similar operational role within the iGaming or sports betting industry.
- Strong technical understanding of betting APIs, odds integrations, deep linking structures, and QA processes.
- Experience working with AI-generated content workflows, digital content operations, or freelance content management.
- Good understanding of gamification, player retention strategies, and loyalty-driven engagement models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking setups, and internal commercial tools.
- Understanding of how operational execution impacts conversion and NDC performance in sports betting environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Commercial, Tech, Product, Content, and Community teams.
