Junior Commercial Operations Account Manager
We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Operations Account Manager to support the day-to-day management and growth of partner accounts. You’ll work across onboarding, account operations, tracking, and site management-ensuring accounts are set up correctly, maintained accurately, and supported effectively. This role combines operational execution with partner interaction, offering strong exposure to how commercial relationships and systems work together.
- Manage onboarding and setup of new partner accounts, ensuring accuracy and a smooth process
- Maintain and monitor existing accounts, addressing issues proactively
- Act as a point of contact for partner-related queries and support requests
- Handle account updates and migrations with minimal disruption
- Identify inefficiencies in account workflows and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support consistent and well-documented processes across account management
- Ensure accurate tracking and reliable data across accounts
- Monitor data, identify inconsistencies, and help resolve tracking or reporting issues
- Support the accuracy and maintenance of partner site positions
- Work with internal teams to implement updates and ensure alignment with operational standards
- Any experience in account management, partner operations, or commercial operations is a plus.
- High level of accuracy when working with accounts, data, and tracking
- Experience with CRM systems, tracking tools, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on improving processes
- Able to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working with data and identifying issues or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with onboarding, client support, or handling operational account tasks
