Accounting Analyst
As an Accountant Analyst, you’ll support month-end close and accounting standardization across our US and regional entities. You’ll prepare journals and reconciliations, analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, and partner closely with FP&A, Operations, Facilities, and audit and compliance stakeholders. This role is a great fit if you enjoy working in a multinational, NYSE-listed environment, operating in both English and Spanish, and learning global finance platforms like Workday.
- Experience preparing journal entries, supporting month-end processes, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Proven ability to produce timely, high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and support certification and controls.
- Proven experience in analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow to explain variances and align with company guidelines.
- Hands-on exposure to payroll, taxes, audit and compliance within a multi-entity setup.
- Comfortable with ERP accounting systems (Workday a plus; Oracle and SAP helpful) and strong Excel and Office skills.
- Clear, professional communication with finance and non-finance partners; strong relationship-building locally and abroad.
- English (B2+) and Spanish for effective reporting and collaboration across the Americas
