Sports Data Analyst - Internship
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), a leading iGaming technology company, is looking for a Sports Data Analyst Intern to join our Gaming team based in Labège, France. As part of our continued growth in 2026, we’re seeking a motivated and passionate individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in sports betting. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, contributing directly to the operational and strategic insights of our Sportsbook activities.
- Monitor sports events, markets, and odds offered across multiple clients, including risk indicators
- Analyze betting performance by client and player behavior across various verticals
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports on sportsbook performance for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of monitoring dashboards and control tools using Tableau and Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Product) and external partners/providers
- Detect, investigate, and report anomalies or potential issues related to betting data
- Contribute to data quality and operational efficiency initiatives within the Gaming department
- Strong passion for sports and solid knowledge of the sports betting industry
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- High level of attention to detail, autonomy, and proactivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
