AI Specialist
Our client is an international online gaming company focused on delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, leveraging modern technologies to provide high-quality products and services for a global audience.
This role is perfect for those who aim to identify and implement AI solutions to optimise customer support, CRM, and iGaming product user journeys. You will configure and manage AI tools, improve UX through AI-driven automations, and design automation scenarios for player lifecycle, retention, and engagement. Additionally, you will build and optimise Slack automations to improve team efficiency and communication, monitor AI and support performance, and use analytics to identify friction points and suggest improvements. You will also support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.
- Identify and implement AI solutions to optimise customer support, CRM, and iGaming product user journeys
- Configure and manage AI tools (chatbots, automation flows) in platforms like Intercom
- Improve UX through AI-driven automations
- Design and optimise automation scenarios for player lifecycle, retention, and engagement
- Build and optimise Slack automations (alerts, workflows, internal bots) to improve team efficiency and communication
- Monitor AI and support performance (CSAT, automation rates), analyse results, and continuously improve workflows
- Use chat and product analytics to identify friction points and suggest UX/product improvements
- Support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices
- 2+ years in customer operations, CRM, or digital products (iGaming is a strong plus)
- Experience with Intercom or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with chatbots, automation tools, or AI assistants
- Understanding of customer journey, UX, and retention mechanics in digital products
- Analytical skills and experience with performance metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, or CRM teams
- At least Intermediate level of English
