CRM Manager
Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.
- Build and monitor automated communication flows (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp) for key player stages: Welcome, Reactivation, and Churn Prevention
- Assist in designing promo mechanics that maximize player activity while staying within the assigned Bonus-to-GGR budget
- Create granular player segments (e.g., "Slot Fans," "Weekend Bettors," "At-risk VIPs") to ensure incentives are relevant and cost-effective
- Measure "True Lift." You will track whether a campaign actually changed player behavior or if the players would have deposited anyway without the bonus
- Own the "sanity check" process. Ensure all bonus links, promo codes, and automated triggers are technically flawless before they reach the player.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital campaigns (experience in iGaming is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to track and analyze basic KPIs
- Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher). Spanish is a plus.
