Gamification Manager
Our client is an international online gaming company focused on delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, leveraging modern technologies to provide high-quality products and services for a global audience.
- Own the execution of gamification strategies to drive player activation, retention, and reactivation
- Design, launch, and optimise gamification campaigns, including tournaments, missions, and quests
- Define and apply player segmentation to deliver targeted and personalised gamification experiences
- Manage and maintain gamification content within the back office, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Ensure all gamification content aligns with the overall promotional and brand strategy
- Own the gamification calendar, plan initiatives, prioritise effectively, and ensure timely execution
- Continuously test and validate all setups to ensure a flawless player experience and correct campaign functionality
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, Design, Content, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- 1.5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Gamification roles within iGaming
- Hands-on experience with gamification mechanics, such as bonuses, quests, missions, tournaments, and level systems
- Experience working with gamification platforms, such as Smartico or similar tools
- Strong understanding of player behaviour, motivation drivers, and engagement mechanics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate performance and optimise campaigns based on data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Data, and Content
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Upper-Intermediate English, both spoken and written
