Graphic Designer
This role is for a Graphic Designer at an international online gaming company that offers sports betting and casino services. The company's strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalised gaming experience using advanced technology and localised services for Latin American players. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for various aspects of the gaming platform, including landing pages, promotional campaigns, and gamification elements, while also contributing to the evolution of the regional Design Brandbook.
- Conceptualise and design high-converting landing pages optimised for traffic acquisition and user registration.
- Create compelling visual assets for promotional campaigns, including email templates, push notifications, and in-app banners that drive player re-engagement and retention.
- Develop immersive visuals for the gamification ecosystem, including custom icons, badges, progress indicators, and tournament interfaces that enhance the player lifecycle and overall engagement.
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of the regional Design Brandbook in close collaboration with Product and CRM teams, ensuring a consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Proven experience designing for CRM lifecycles, including personalised email templates, push notifications, and loyalty-driven promotional banners aimed at reducing churn and increasing lifetime value. (required)
- Hands-on experience creating gamification assets (badges, progress bars, tournament leaderboards, level-up animations) that deliver immersive and rewarding user experiences. (required)
- Experience developing or evolving regional Brandbooks, maintaining a consistent visual identity across departments while adapting to local cultural nuances. (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to streamline and scale production workflows. (required)
- Strong ability to collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, mobile-responsive, and performance-optimised. (required)
